Level 4 Diploma in Computing (L4DC)
The NCC Education Level 4 Diploma in Computing (L4DC) is an Ofqual regulated qualification. The qualification makes up the first year of a Computing/ IT degree pathway. The qualification is equivalent to the first year of an IT degree in the UK university system.
Level 4 Diploma in Business (L4DB)
The new Level 4 Diploma in Business is a regulated qualification and the first stage of the NCC Education Business Degree journey. It is also recognised and approved for funding in England as a Higher Technical Qualification (HTQ).
Equivalent to the first year of a UK business degree, this programme provides a strong academic and practical foundation in core business principles, preparing students for further study or entry into the global business industry.
Level 4 Diploma in Computing (with Business Management) (L4DC BM)
The Level 4 Diploma in Computing (with Business Management) (L4DC BM) (previously the Level 4 Diploma in Business Information Technology (L4DBIT)) makes up the first year of the NCC Education degree journey. The qualification is equivalent to the first year of an IT degree in the UK university system.
Level 5 Diploma in Business (L5DB)
The new Level 5 Diploma in Business is a regulated qualification and the second stage of the NCC Education Business Degree journey. It is also recognised and approved for funding in England as a Higher Technical Qualification (HTQ).
Equivalent to the second year of a UK business degree, this programme builds on Level 4 and explores advanced topics such as entrepreneurship, innovation and growth, raising finance, agile leadership, business ethics, and global policy impacts. It provides a strong academic and practical framework, preparing students for progression to the final year of a UK honours degree or a successful career in global business.
Level 5 Diploma in Computing (L5DC)
The NCC Education Level 5 Diploma in Computing (L5DC) is an Ofqual regulated qualification. The qualification (with specialisms) makes up the second year of the NCC Education degree journey and builds upon the knowledge gained during the NCC Education Level 4 Diploma in Computing (L4DC) or the NCC Education Level 4 Diploma in Computing with Business Management (L4DCBM), exposing students to greater detail and more advanced topics in a range of areas, including database development, information systems analysis, network security and cryptography.
